Whether you're looking for a teen summer course, a university pathway program, or a career-oriented business English course, we have a program in Sydney for you. Our English courses in Sydney have start dates throughout the year. For a general English course, you can begin on any Monday. For a more specialised course type, there's sure to be a start date that will fit your schedule, so just ask.
All our English courses in Sydney take place inside our brand new English school building. It's a large, comfortable building which we occupy completely. You'll enjoy the diversity of your classmates, the friendliness of our staff, and the professional rigor of your English teachers. After English class, you can hang out at the school, join in social activities organised around town, or walk outside the school with new friends to shops and cafes nearby.
Accommodation & activities
Your English course in Sydney would not be complete without accommodation and extra-curricular activities. We want you to be comfortable, so we have a dedicated staff member available to help you with any questions or adjustments in your accommodation plan. Another team organises the weekly events calendar at our English school in Sydney, with sports, culture, and entertainment activities during the week and excursions outside Sydney on the weekends.
EF homestay
When you decide to stay in a host family in Sydney, you're opting for a full immersion experience. Your English course won't end when you walk out of class. Instead you'll start speaking English the moment you wake up in the morning and only stop when you fall into bed at night. A host family is the most effective way to optimise your English course in Sydney. Because of that, we include host family accommodation in the course price!
EF residence
If you prefer to have a more independent schedule, an EF international student residence is for you. We have four student residences in Sydney with a variety of room types and facilities available. If you prefer not to stay in a host family, customise your English course in Sydney by choosing the student residence that's the best fit for your lifestyle.
Prices
You can begin your English course in Sydney any Monday and study for as little as two weeks or as long as a year. You can choose a general English course or a specialised program to get ready for university, an English exam like IELTS, or your future career. Prices vary depending on which English course you choose. All English courses in Sydney include accommodation with a local host family.
