Monitoring your ROI

At EF, we care about the results of your training program. This is why our dedicated Client team is on hand to ensure that your training goals and objectives are fully met, if not exceeded! We will advise and assist you at every stage of your training project; from project design, to implementation, even through to evaluating results and suggesting ways to optimize success.

Before any training takes place, we will jointly agree on a set of Key Performance Indicators with you that will be measured and monitored throughout your training contract. These may include; skill level improvement; end-user satisfaction or financial reporting on ROI. We will then analyze your organization’s progress against these KPIs and proactively suggest areas where improvements could be made as part of our quality assurance program. The fact that, in a recent survey, 93% of our customers described our service delivery and project management as proactive, shows that we are committed to helping you get the most out of your training solution.

We actively seek feedback on our systems and processes to fuel our practice of continuous service improvement. As well as working in close partnership with our customers, we have introduced a number of initiatives including customer satisfaction surveys and customer focus groups as part of our on-going commitment to providing a best-in-class service.

We give you access to our advanced EF Corporate Reporting Centre (CRC) to help you monitor and track the results of your training. Have a look at the CRC below.
