Intensive English courses in the USA:
We recommend an Intensive English course for students who have come to the USA to learn English as quickly as they can. You will have 32 English lessons per week.

General English courses in the USA:
The general English course is structured for students to progress one skill level every six weeks. It is designed for students looking for a sound understanding of the essential disciplines of the English language through a well-rounded program. The General English course is available for students of any level, from absolute beginners to advanced. You will have 26 English lessons per week.

Basic English course in the USA:
We recommend the Basic English course for students who want to understand and speak English in practical situations, while still having plenty of free time for exploring the USA. Combine a relaxing holiday abroad with 20 morning and afternoon language lessons a week.

Business English course in the USA:
In the Business English course you will quickly gain a strong base in English while focusing on developing business language skills. You may choose between a Business English course in Boston or Miami Beach, each including 32 morning and afternoon lessons a week of which 10 lessons, are exclusively business oriented. The EF Internship course is designed for Upper Intermediate to Advanced English students who want to combine English studies with practical work experience in the USA. The internship in the USA program is a minimum of 8 weeks including 50-100 intern hours. After 4-6 weeks on an EF General or Intensive English course including internship preparation sessions to cover resume writing and interviewing skills, you will be placed in a company in the USA matching your interests and abilities. Working part-time at an unpaid internship, you’ll develop industry-specific language skills, build a personal network in the USA, and explore your potential as you work alongside native English speakers.
