The features and services listed below are included in the EF High School Year program fee.

Program

• Guarenteed placement with a selected, screened and prepared host family
• Guarenteed school registration
• School books for compulsory subjects
• Relevant visa documents and assistance with the visa application (cost of visa is not included in the program fee)

Travel

• Flight to and from your host country
• Airport assistance at your gateway city in Australia
• Staff and/or your host family will assist you when you arrive in your host country, and again when you depart

Support

• Guarenteed placement in a carefully selected and thoroughly screened host family
• Placement in a public high school in your host country
• Assistance with necessary documents and visa application
• 24-hour assistance in your host country
• Departure meeting in your host country before you return home
• Support and help from the EF office in your home country
• Advice and support from the EF office in your host country and your local representative during your exchange.
• A mentor who is a former High School Year student (if possible)
• Informational welcome meeting in your host country upon arrival
