Your host family will greet you at the airport with big smiles and hugs. All our families are thoroughly screened, and whether you live in Texas, Pennsylvania or Oregon, they will eagerly show you their slice of the country.
Your home away from home
You will be treated like a family member of your American host family. This means celebrating birthday dinners with them, dressing up in costumes for Halloween and eating turkey on Thanksgiving. It also means you should help with household activities, such as setting the table or taking the dog for a walk. In doing so, you will experience everyday American life and bond with your host family.
