Japanese families come from different regions and have different backgrounds, so there is no "typical" family. All host families are thoroughly screened and all are excited to welcome a student into their home and share with your their Japan.
Authentic Japanese culture
When you live with a Japanese host family you will experience authentic Japanese culture. You will share family meals with them and participate in celebrations and holidays with them. Your host family will introduce you to its customs adn help you adapt to the very interesting and special Japanese culture.
